The FLEX System is comprised of modular PVC profiles manufactured in an extrusion process with a proprietary blend of materials that are self-extinguishing, UV resistant, maintenance free and fully recyclable. The panels may be easily painted or coated although their base appearance and characteristics are more than satisfactory for most applications. They are also resistant to most domestic and industrial chemicals.
The FLEX panels and other profiles repel insects, rodents and mold since there is no “food supply” like wood and other cellulose based materials, which makes it a perfect application in areas of high humidity and other adverse weather conditions.

All of the panel and profiles within the FLEX System have been designed and tested following the highest civil engineering standards for multiple types of live loads and extreme weather conditions, including high wind, heavy rain and snow. In order to extend the load capacity and spans of the panels, they can be reinforced with a variety of steel ribs of different thicknesses. This feature gives our structures their superior strength to weight ratio and ultimate design flexibility. The FLEX panels serve not only as constructive walls but also as conduits for electrical, plumbing and insulation systems.
