Speed of Assembly

FLEX Building Systems components are designed specifically for fast on-site assembly. While other construction systems might take months to assemble, our durations for most housing units are measured in days. Since many of our configurations can be sealed in under a week, less oversight is required, resulting in faster occupancy and a lower overall cost to the client.


Save the cranes, forklifts and other heavy machinery for another day. The FLEX system has been engineered so that a small crew of relatively unskilled workers can be taught to construct a building piece by piece with a few basic hand tools.


By standardizing our unique building profiles, we can accommodate almost any configuration to meet your unique needs. Once you provide specific requirements, our staff organizes the components necessary to fit your building layout. If you don’t require a custom configuration, we have a number of standard, pre-designed plans that will meet your needs.


From high winds to heavy hail, the Exterior FLEX Wall Panels and Roofing Panels are fully sealed to withstand all kinds of extreme weather. They are even a preferred solution in seismic environments due to their flexible nature that resists racking. In addition to inclement weather, the panels are highly resistive to most chemicals and have a strong UV resistance, making them virtually maintenance free. The panels are designed to host various types of thermal or acoustic insulation materials in their inner cavity and can accommodate many paints and other types of coatings on their surface. If you need to extend the load capacity or spans of the units, panels can be reinforced with steel ribs of different thicknesses. This gives our structures tremendous strength and versatility. PVC panels serve not only as constructive walls, but also as conduits for electricity, water and insulation.


Our proprietary mix of Poly Vinyl Chloride produces a water-tight envelope in all FLEX profiles. This prevents water from permeating through the product and, unlike wood-based products, provides absolutely NO food sources for insects, mold or rodents.


The profiles of the FLEX system are lightweight and easy to stack and pack, making shipping a breeze. All models are professionally packed and can be transported as “kits” or in “bulk” packages for cost-effective storage and shipping. Depending on the configurations selected, multiple units may be packed into a standard shipping container. Transportation and distribution is easy, even for inaccessible areas or remote locations with poor driving conditions. Almost all profiles of the FLEX system can be handled by one or two individuals, expediting and simplifying the unloading process. A lightweight steel structure is inserted into the panels after erection which enables a very systematic approach to the building process.
